| 探針法做為microRNA定量研究的金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，其具有高特異性、高靈敏度的優(yōu)勢。HaiGene的HG TaqMan miRNA定量PCR試劑盒，采用特異性的正向miRNA引物和接頭引物進(jìn)行PCR擴(kuò)增，檢測熒光基團(tuán)采用FAM標(biāo)記的TaqMan探針。使用該試劑盒可以高特異性、高靈敏度的檢測低至100個(gè)細(xì)胞的miRNA分子，并可區(qū)分相似度極高的miRNAs。HaiGene的TaqMan miRNA定量PCR試劑盒多達(dá)一萬余種，試劑盒編號為TAPxxxxx，每一個(gè)mircoRNA分子對應(yīng)一個(gè)檢測試劑盒（包含特異性的TaqMan探針、正向引物、反向引物、定量試劑），可于HG TaqMan miRNA qPCR kit.xls中查詢。 特別說明：如您研究的miRNA不在我們的TaqMan miRNA qPCR Kit列表之中，請登錄www.mirbase.org進(jìn)行miRNA查詢，并來信告知Accession No.和序列，我們將在2周內(nèi)完成試劑盒的定制。 |
